Meet your therapist
Franca Eto Umukoro
MBACP (Accred) · BACP accredited therapist and clinical supervisor

Experienced in practice. Personal in approach.
I’m a BACP accredited therapist and clinical supervisor with over 12 years of experience supporting people through emotional, psychological and relational challenges.
My work includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), attachment-focused approaches, intergenerational EMDR and ADHD-related support.
I believe therapy should be both compassionate and purposeful. Our sessions combine thoughtful conversation, practical skill-building and carefully paced therapeutic work, with goals that reflect what matters to you.
My aim is to provide a supportive space where you can explore your experiences, develop greater self-understanding and work towards meaningful change.
